simple victorian charm

the staff showed kindness i needed. the location was near victoria station and coach station so transport was easy. my room included a comfortable bed i found relaxing after travel. there was great value for money considering its proximity to central areas
the room had few trip hazards steps everywhere which i think needed some attention

the hotel is conveniently near victoria station. checking in was quick. the room was clean and provided everything needed for the stay. i appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water.
the rotating fan did not work well. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is quite close to the train and bus stations. I found this very convenient. the staff were helpful throughout my stay. the room included tea and water, which i thought was a nice touch.
The en-suite bathroom was very small. I was glad to have one. the walls had many cracks. the bathroom floor did not look very clean. I felt i needed footwear.

junaid at reception was supportive and cute. i found the check-in process smooth. the location is near many places of interest.
